Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus (SLE) for at least 24 weeks.
- Your lupus is moderate to severe, meaning it hasn't gotten better after at least 12 weeks of standard treatments.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last visit (if you or your partner can get pregnant).
- You do not have active severe lupus kidney disease, certain infections, or other serious health issues that would make the trial unsafe.
