Who can take part
- You are at least 5 years old
- You have been diagnosed with lupus and still have moderate to severe symptoms despite trying several standard treatments for at least 3 months
- Your lupus disease score (SLEDAI 2K) is 8 or higher
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs are working well enough for the treatment
- You have not had CAR-T therapy before, or you had CD19 CAR-T therapy before but it didn't work or stopped working
- You or your parent/guardian agree to join and sign the consent form
