Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with moderate to high disease activity.
  • Your blood counts (hemoglobin, white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets) must be at certain minimum levels.
  • Your liver and kidney function must be within acceptable limits.
  • You must not have severe lupus nephritis (kidney damage) requiring dialysis.
  • You must not have serious infections, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or syphilis.
  • You must not have received certain previous therapies (like other CAR T cells targeting CD19 or BCMA).
  • You must not be pregnant or plan to become pregnant during the study.
