This trial tests whether a powered wearable device (Myo-Pro) can help people with spinal cord injury improve arm and hand function for daily activities. It is designed for those who already have some arm movement and want to regain more independence.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a spinal cord injury at neck level (C1-C8) that is at least 1 year old, and you have some movement in your arms and legs (classified as AIS C or D).
- You can move your shoulder at least a little (30 degrees forward and 20 degrees sideways) and have some control over your elbow muscles.
- You have enough learning and memory to follow instructions in English and can tolerate therapy sessions for up to 60 minutes with breaks.
- You do not have severe pain, spasticity, or skin problems that would interfere with wearing the arm brace, and you are not pregnant or in other experimental treatments.
