- You are able to carry out daily activities with little or no help (performance status 0 or 1).
- Your body weight is at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds).
- You have a solid tumor that can be measured on scans and has spread or is locally advanced.

- Brain metastases are either absent or have been treated and are stable for at least 4 weeks, and you do not need steroids for them.
