Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced pancreatic, ovarian, colorectal, or breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lbs) and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner can become pregnant.
