Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have high-risk urothelial cancer in the upper urinary tract (ureter or kidney pelvis), and you either have only one kidney, reduced kidney function, or cancer in both ureters
- You have refused or are not eligible for surgery to remove the kidney and ureter (RNU)
- Your cancer is considered high-risk (for example, it causes swelling in the kidney, is at least 2 cm, has certain worrisome features on biopsy or CT scan, or has more than one tumor spot)
- Your overall health allows daily activities with minimal effort (ECOG 0-1)
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable limits
- You have not taken certain other cancer drugs (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors or HER-2 inhibitors) before
