Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have colorectal adenocarcinoma (a type of colon or rectal cancer) that is confirmed by biopsy or imaging.
- You have already received 2 or 3 prior treatments for advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer, and your cancer is currently stable but shows some concerning signs (like tumor size or blood markers increasing slightly).
- You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT scan (at least 10 mm on a spiral CT or 20 mm on a regular CT).
- You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges, and you do not have severe allergies, diabetes, or a serious active infection.
