Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, and standard treatments no longer work or are not an option.
  • Your cancer cells have two specific markers (such as CEA and GUCY2C, CEA and HER2, or GUCY2C and HER2) that can be tested in a central lab.
  • You are in generally good health, able to take care of yourself, and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, blood counts).
  • You have recovered from the side effects of previous treatments (except for mild numbness or hair loss).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
