Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have symptoms of depression (score 13 or higher on a standard depression questionnaire).
  • If you take antidepressant medication, your dose has been stable (no changes) for the past 12 weeks.
  • You are not currently receiving psychotherapy.
  • You have not had suicidal thoughts or behavior in the past 6 months.
