This study tests a program called TEMPO to help men with prostate cancer and their caregivers manage anxiety. You and your chosen caregiver will use an online tool designed to support your well-being.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
- You are starting treatment (like surgery, radiation, or hormone therapy) or completed it within the last 2 years. Active surveillance alone does not count.
- You have a caregiver (spouse, partner, or family member) who agrees to join the study with you.
- You or your caregiver have felt at least a moderate amount of anxiety in the past week.
- You can read English or French and have internet access.
- You are not currently in the hospital.
