Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) using the standard 2017 criteria.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have good enough vision (corrected vision better than 20/30 on a standard eye chart).
- You do not have other serious medical or mental health conditions that affect thinking.
- You do not have severe fatigue (score over 63 on a fatigue scale).
- You have not started or changed MS treatment in the last 3 months, and you have not had a relapse in the last 3 months.
