Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and has not responded to at least two standard treatments.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (not just skin or bone lesions alone).
- Your liver, kidney, and bone marrow function must be adequate (no transfusions or growth factor injections in the 2 weeks before screening).
- You cannot have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases, other active cancers, active infections like hepatitis B or C, HIV, or syphilis.
- You cannot have a history of blood clots, severe osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, or a need for high-dose steroids.
