This trial looks at people who have symptoms of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) but test negative for the usual antibodies. It will compare these patients to those with positive antibody tests to better understand the condition and improve diagnosis and treatment.

Who can take part

  • You have had blood clots or pregnancy complications that might be from APS.
  • You have tested negative for antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) at least twice.
  • Your first symptom happened when you were under 65 years old.
  • Your first symptom happened less than 5 years ago.
  • You do not have another known cause for your blood clots or pregnancy problems.
