Who can take part

  • You are considered clinically debilitated (very weak and frail) due to your kidney disease.
  • You are currently on dialysis, have advanced chronic kidney disease (stage 4 or 5), or have had a kidney transplant.
  • You are able to think clearly and give your own consent to join the study.
  • You can travel to the training center for the exercise sessions.
  • You do not have a heart or lung condition that would make exercise dangerous.
