Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been newly diagnosed with light chain amyloidosis that affects your heart, kidney, or liver.
- Your disease stage (based on blood tests) fits the study's groups, which includes most stages except the highest risk group in some cases.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
- You do not have severe kidney problems (eGFR less than 30), another type of blood cancer like multiple myeloma, or an active infection.
