Teclistamab with Daratumumab for Newly Diagnosed AL Amyloidosis
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs (teclistamab and daratumumab) for people with AL amyloidosis who have not had prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can safely and effectively reduce the abnormal protein deposits in organs.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

- You must have been diagnosed with AL amyloidosis (proven by a tissue biopsy).
- You cannot have received any previous treatment for AL amyloidoma (except a small amount of dexamethasone).
- Your blood tests must show a certain level of abnormal proteins (free light chains) or an M-protein spike.
- Your heart function and kidney function must be within a safe range (e.g., NT-proBNP ≤ 8500, eGFR ≥ 20).

This trial tests a combination of three drugs — daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone — for people newly diagnosed with AL amyloidosis. The goal is to see if this treatment helps reduce the abnormal proteins and improve organ function.
This study tests whether a new antibody drug called elranatamab can help treat newly diagnosed AL amyloidosis (a disease where abnormal proteins build up in organs). If you haven't had treatment yet and have confirmed AL amyloidosis, this trial may offer access to an experimental therapy.
This trial tests a drug called elranatamab for people with AL amyloidosis whose disease has come back or is not responding to treatment. The goal is to see if it can help control the disease.
This trial tests a combination of two newer cancer-fighting drugs (teclistamab and daratumumab) to treat people who have just been diagnosed with multiple myeloma—a blood cancer—and also have light chain amyloidosis, a condition where abnormal proteins build up in organs. The goal is to see if this combination works better and is safe for newly diagnosed patients.
This trial tests an experimental drug, teclistamab, for people with a type of amyloidosis (AL) that has not improved with standard treatments. It aims to see if teclistamab can help when other treatments have not worked.
This trial tests a new drug called teclistamab for people with AL amyloidosis whose disease has not responded well to previous treatments. It aims to see if the drug can help control the disease.
