  • You are 18 or older
  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by a biopsy
  • You are healthy enough to have surgery to remove your prostate
  • You are willing to use a barrier contraceptive (like condoms) during the study
  • You have not had other cancer treatments in the last 30 days
  • You do not have another active cancer or a history of certain heart rhythm problems
