Who can take part

  • You work in the Orthopedic Trauma Unit at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can follow instructions and sit still for sessions.
  • You do not have a seizure disorder.
  • You haven't used certain brain stimulation treatments in the past month (like TMS, neurofeedback, or brain spotting).
  • You have not had thoughts of active suicide in the last 3 months.
