Who can take part
- You have advanced (stage IIIB/IV) ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated with systemic therapy before.
- You are currently taking lorlatinib as your first treatment and have developed high cholesterol (grade 1-3) while on it.
- You have at least one measurable tumor that hasn't been treated with radiation before. Brain tumors are allowed.
- You are 18 years or older and your overall health status (ECOG) is 0, 1, or 2.
- You have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control.
