Maintenance therapy for favorable-risk AML patients

Who can take part

  • You are 16 years or older.
  • You have favorable-risk AML as defined by ELN 2022 guidelines.
  • You reached remission after induction therapy and have received at least 3 cycles of high-dose cytarabine consolidation, with MRD-negative status (for certain mutations, specific thresholds apply).
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant before joining this trial.
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney issues, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
