Who can take part
- You have one of these cancers: head/neck, lung, colorectal, triple-negative breast, kidney (clear cell), stomach/esophageal, cervical, ovarian, or pancreatic cancer – and standard treatments no longer work or are not right for you.
- You are willing to have a tumor biopsy (a small sample taken) before and possibly during treatment.
- You must be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You haven't had cancer treatment (chemo, radiation, immunotherapy) in the last 4 weeks, and any side effects from previous treatments are mild (except hair loss).
- You do not have untreated or worsening brain metastases, active autoimmune disease, serious heart/lung conditions, or active infections like hepatitis or HIV.
- If you can become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control during and for several months after treatment.
