Heart and kidney risk study for people with both diseases

Chronic Kidney DiseasesCoronary Heart DiseaseLipid Metabolism Disorders

Part of Heart & circulation, Hormones & metabolism, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This study looks at how well we can predict heart and kidney problems in people who have both coronary heart disease and chronic kidney disease. By analyzing certain markers, researchers hope to create a better risk assessment tool.

NCT05476627Recruiting
Study risk factors for kidney disease from metabolic conditions

This study looks at risk factors and body “omics” information (like blood/tissue patterns) to better understand chronic kidney disease caused by metabolic diseases. It may help researchers find better ways to predict or manage kidney problems in people with these conditions.

NCT06272578Recruiting
Heart and kidney health study for chronic disease patients

This study checks how heart and kidney health are related in people with kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. It is a single visit with tests to see if certain heart problems are common in these conditions.

NCT06567938Recruiting
Heart artery procedure study for people with kidney disease

This trial uses a special ultrasound camera inside the heart's arteries to guide stent placement for people with chronic kidney disease. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes compared to standard methods.

NCT07327606Recruiting
Heart, kidney, and metabolism health study

This study follows people with different stages of heart-kidney-metabolic syndrome to understand what factors affect their health over time. It aims to find better ways to predict and manage the condition.

NCT06083168Recruiting
Heart disease in chronic kidney disease study

This study is looking at the link between kidney disease and heart disease. It aims to understand how heart problems affect people with chronic kidney disease. The trial does not test a new drug, but rather follows patients to learn more about their health.

Heart, kidney, and metabolism health study

This study looks at people who may have a combination of heart disease, kidney problems, or metabolic issues like diabetes or high blood pressure. Researchers hope to learn more about these linked conditions to improve future care.
