IVUS-guided stent placement for kidney disease patients

This trial tests whether using a special ultrasound camera inside the artery (IVUS) to guide stent placement can improve outcomes for people with serious kidney disease. The goal is to use less contrast dye and protect the kidneys better.

NCT04923191Recruiting
Test heart-procedure guidance from scans versus usual care

This study compares two ways of guiding a heart stent procedure: using information from a special angiography scan versus using standard practice. It may help your care team choose the best treatment to improve heart outcomes after stenting.

NCT05800002Recruiting
IVUS-guided stent placement for badly calcified heart arteries

This trial studies a heart procedure that uses a special camera to guide where to place a drug-coated stent in an artery with heavy calcium. It may help improve how well the stent fits and works for people with certain types of coronary artery blockages.

Using heart CT scans to guide treatment for blocked arteries

This trial is testing whether a special heart CT scan (coronary CT angiography) can help doctors better understand and treat calcium buildup in your heart arteries. If you have a type of heart disease that might need a stent or other procedure, this study could help decide the best approach.
