Who can take part

  • You must have an MPN (like essential thrombocythemia, polycythemia vera, or primary myelofibrosis) that has advanced to accelerated or blast phase.
  • Your white blood cell count must be less than 25 before starting treatment (or can be lowered with medication or a procedure first).
  • You cannot have had certain other treatments, like venetoclax, navitoclax, or a stem cell transplant for blast phase disease.
  • Your liver and kidney function must be adequate, as shown by blood tests.
  • You must not have active, serious infections or other uncontrolled medical conditions.
  • You must not be pregnant or nursing.
