Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a high-grade glioma (WHO grade 3 or 4) that has continued to grow or come back after standard treatments.
  • A sample from your tumor tests positive for a protein called B7-H3.
  • You are able to take care of most daily activities (KPS score of 60 or higher).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within normal limits.
