Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older.
- You have hormone-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have already been treated with endocrine therapy (like an aromatase inhibitor or tamoxifen) with or without a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
- You have tumors that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
- You are able to go about your daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0-1).
- You have not had Fulvestrant before for your breast cancer.
