Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have either advanced (stage IV) colorectal cancer that is MMR-p or advanced pancreatic cancer.
  • Your tumor must have a specific KRAS gene mutation that the vaccine targets.
  • You need to be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0), and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You cannot have had immunotherapy before, and you must not have active autoimmune disease or other serious health issues like untreated infections or lung problems.
  • You must be willing to have two tumor biopsies (small tissue samples taken with a needle) if safe to do so.
