FAPI-74 PET scan for adults with fibrosis

Who can take part

  • You must be 21 years or older
  • You need to have one of the listed conditions: head and neck cancer, a type of post-transplant infection (PTLD) with treated tuberculosis, active cardiac sarcoidosis, or any condition that might cause scarring (fibrosis) in the body
  • You must be willing and able to undergo a PET/CT scan using a new imaging agent called FAPI-74
  • Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and not be breastfeeding
  • You cannot have taken a therapy that targets fibroblast activation protein (FAP) within the past month
