Who can take part
- You must be 21 years or older
- You need to have one of the listed conditions: head and neck cancer, a type of post-transplant infection (PTLD) with treated tuberculosis, active cardiac sarcoidosis, or any condition that might cause scarring (fibrosis) in the body
- You must be willing and able to undergo a PET/CT scan using a new imaging agent called FAPI-74
- Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and not be breastfeeding
- You cannot have taken a therapy that targets fibroblast activation protein (FAP) within the past month
