Who can take part

  • You have had surgery for cancer of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, colon, or rectum
  • You have completed any needed chemotherapy or radiation before or after surgery
  • Your doctor has cleared you for exercise
  • You do not have any electronic implants like a pacemaker
  • You are not pregnant and do not have conditions like epilepsy, blood clots, or untreated high blood pressure
