Who can take part

  • You have a cancer diagnosis (solid tumor or blood cancer)
  • Your cancer treatment is ongoing or planned for cure or symptom control
  • Your health is in a level that allows normal activity with some limits (ECOG 0 to 2)
  • You are not currently in another exercise or nutrition study
  • You do not have bone metastases with a high risk of fracture
  • You do not have certain health conditions like significant heart disease, uncontrolled epilepsy, or blood clot (acute vein thrombosis)
