Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with myelofibrosis (a type of bone marrow disorder) and are at intermediate-2 or high risk.
  • You have already tried a JAK inhibitor (like ruxolitinib) for at least 3 months, and it didn't help enough or you couldn't take it.
  • You have significant myelofibrosis symptoms, such as an enlarged spleen, severe itching, night sweats, bone pain, or low blood counts.
  • You have not been treated with tagraxofusp or pacritinib before.
  • Your kidney and liver function are adequate, and your heart is working well (ejection fraction of 50% or more).
