Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of myelofibrosis (primary, post-PV, or post-ET)
- Your platelet count must be between 50 and 120 (a measure of low platelets)
- You need to be able to start treatment with pacritinib, either as your first JAK inhibitor or after prior therapy stopped working (with side effects resolved)
