Who can take part
- You have advanced lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) that cannot be removed by surgery, and the cancer cells have certain proteins (neuroendocrine markers) but are not a classic neuroendocrine tumor.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
- You are either a candidate for first-line immunotherapy alone, or you have already progressed on standard first-line treatment.
- Your urine protein level is low (less than ++), or if higher, the 24-hour collection is less than 1.0 grams.
- You have not had previous treatment with drugs that target VEGF or PD-1/PD-L1.
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, active ulcers, bleeding problems, or other serious health conditions.
