Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 7 and 18 years old.
  • Your child must have at least one of these: prediabetes, abnormal cholesterol, or high blood pressure.
  • Your child cannot have serious health conditions like heart failure, severe malnutrition, or cancer.
  • Your child cannot be taking weight-loss drugs or have had weight-loss surgery.
  • Your child should not already be doing HIIT (high-intensity interval training) regularly.
