Who can take part
- You must be a woman aged 18 or older.
- You must have advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) breast cancer that is ER-positive and HER2-negative.
- You must be past menopause or agree to take medication to suppress ovarian function.
- Your cancer must have progressed after at least one prior hormone therapy (like tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) for advanced disease.
- You may have had up to 2 prior chemotherapy treatments for advanced breast cancer, but no more.
- For the Phase II part, a blood test must show that your tumor has an ESR1 mutation.
