Who can take part
- You are male and 18 years or older.
- You have a confirmed germ cell tumor (seminoma or nonseminoma) that started in the testicles or elsewhere in the body.
- Your cancer got worse after 3 or 4 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy (like BEP or EP).
- Your blood counts and organ function are within certain levels (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, kidney and liver tests).
- If the cancer spread to your brain, you must have no symptoms from it.
