Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic small-cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with curative radiation or chemo alone.
- You are currently receiving or are about to start your first standard treatment with carboplatin or cisplatin, etoposide, and durvalumab.
- Your tumor has tested positive for a DNA repair problem called homologous recombination deficiency (HRD).
- Your cancer has not grown or spread during your first few cycles of treatment.
- You have completed at least 4 cycles of your induction treatment and received durvalumab at least 3 times during those cycles.
- You do not have uncontrolled cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord, or other serious side effects from prior therapy.
