Who can take part

  • You have had moderate to severe low back pain for at least 3 months that makes daily activities hard.
  • You are currently experiencing significant symptoms of depression.
  • You have not changed your pain or depression medications in the past 4 weeks.
  • You do not have planned surgery or other new treatments for your back pain in the next 4 months.
  • You have an adult who can drive you home after the ketamine treatments.
  • You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure or certain heart or liver conditions.
