Who can take part

  • You must have stage IV (advanced) squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
  • You should not have had prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for lung cancer that has spread.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must not have had previous treatment with TROP2-directed therapies or topoisomerase I inhibitors.
  • You must not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled eye diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, or serious heart problems.
