Who can take part
- You have advanced solid tumors, especially small cell lung cancer (SCLC) or large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC).
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (can be seen on scans).
- Your daily activities are not limited (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You agree to use contraception during and for 6 months after treatment (if applicable).
