Comparing drug combinations for untreated CLL or SLL

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests two different drug combinations (venetoclax with obinutuzumab or with acalabrutinib) to see how they affect the risk of tumor lysis syndrome in people with untreated CLL or SLL. It may help find the safest and most effective way to start treatment.

Comparing two drug combinations for untreated CLL

This trial tests a new combination of drugs (sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib) against another standard combination (venetoclax plus acalabrutinib) for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have not had treatment before. The goal is to see which combination works better.

Comparing new treatments for relapsed CLL or SLL

This study tests a combination of sonrotoclax plus obinutuzumab or rituximab versus the current standard venetoclax plus rituximab for people whose CLL or SLL has come back or not responded to previous treatment. The goal is to see which approach helps keep the cancer from growing longer.

NCT07014917Recruiting· Phase 2
Comparing two ways to take venetoclax and acalabrutinib for CLL/SLL

This trial tests whether taking venetoclax on an intermittent schedule (not every day) works as well as taking it continuously when combined with acalabrutinib for people with untreated CLL or SLL. It aims to find a treatment approach that might be just as effective but with fewer side effects.

Test of venetoclax and obinutuzumab with or without acalabrutinib

This Phase 2 study tests venetoclax plus obinutuzumab, and whether adding acalabrutinib (or not) improves outcomes for people with relapsed or refractory CLL/SLL. It aims to see which combination works best and is safe for patients whose leukemia has returned or not responded.

Testing 3-drug combo for CLL/SLL patients

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (nemtabrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) for people with CLL or SLL who need treatment but haven't taken similar targeted therapies before. It aims to see if this new cocktail works better together.

Acalabrutinib with venetoclax or obinutuzumab for untreated CLL

This Phase 2 trial studies how well acalabrutinib works when combined with either venetoclax or obinutuzumab in people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It aims to improve disease control while checking safety and tolerability.
