Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older, and you have CLL/SLL that needs treatment now (not just watch-and-wait).
- Your CLL is “high risk,” such as 17p deletion, TP53 mutation, complex chromosome changes, or an unmutated IGHV gene.
- Your general health is good enough to take study treatment (ECOG performance status 0 to 2).
- Your organs are working well enough for safe treatment: platelets >30, kidney function (creatinine clearance) ≥30, and liver blood tests not too high.
- You must test negative for hepatitis B and C in a specific way, and you must have no active uncontrolled infections.
