Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma (a cancer of plasma cells in the bone marrow).
  • Your myeloma has come back or stopped responding to at least 3 different prior treatments, including an immunomodulatory drug, a proteasome inhibitor, and an anti-CD38 antibody.
  • You are not a candidate for or cannot tolerate other treatments that are known to help.
  • Your blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function need to be within a certain healthy range.
  • You cannot have certain other conditions such as active plasma cell leukemia, POEMS syndrome, or a history of Stevens Johnson syndrome.
