RN9101 Treatment for Hard-to-Treat Multiple Myeloma

Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has relapsed (come back) or is refractory (resistant to prior treatments) after at least 2 previous treatment lines
  • Confirmed BCMA protein expression on myeloma cells (detected via lab testing)
  • Measurable disease at screening (detectable myeloma markers in blood, urine, or imaging)
  • Good overall health with ECOG performance status 0–2 (able to carry out daily activities with minimal assistance) and life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Adequate organ function: bone marrow, kidney, liver, heart, and lung function must meet specific thresholds
