Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
  • You cannot be on dialysis or have had a kidney transplant.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) must be at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m² (not stage 4 or worse).
  • You must not have type 1 diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or serious liver disease.
  • You must be willing to stop certain medications (like thiazide diuretics and vitamin D) during the study.
