Who can take part
- You must have type 1 diabetes for at least 1 year.
- You must be 30 years old or older.
- You need a moderate or high level of diabetes distress (score of 2+ on the Diabetes Distress Scale).
- You must get your diabetes care at Steno Diabetes Center Odense (SDCO).
- You need to speak and read Danish well and have basic computer or internet skills.
