Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months
- You feel stressed or overwhelmed by your diabetes (a quick questionnaire will confirm this)
- You have internet access and a device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer)
- You are not currently in treatment for a psychiatric condition or have had thoughts of suicide
- You have not started a new mental health medication in the last 3 months
