Who can take part

  • You have just been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and are able to do daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not yet received any anti-cancer treatment for your extensive-stage disease.
  • You have a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) available for testing.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You do not have active autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled infections, or serious heart problems.
