Who can take part

  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that can't be cured and has no standard treatment available.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in fairly good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1), meaning you can do most daily activities.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or other major organ problems.
  • You haven't had chemotherapy or other cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks.
